• Priority Booking: Members enjoy 48–72 hour early access to the appointment book and events before it opens to the general public, ensuring first choice of preferred stylists and times.

  • Members receive an 'Always-On' perk at every appointment. Depending on your service, this includes either an: 

    • express treatment during washing services: Scalp Scrub, Liquid Luster, Bonding Glow OR

    • exclusive dry-service upgrade 'Refresh & Reset' styling touch-up 

• Birthday Benefit: Members receive a complimentary specialized treatment Naturaltech Tailoring Treatment OR free gift during their birthday month to celebrate with us. *Not always guaranteed with preferred stylist

• Reach out to HairColumn via phone, text, or visit us in person to have our team members register you.

• Select your ideal start date alongside your preferred recurring billing schedule, whether bi-weekly or monthly.

Self-Service Online Access

• Click on the SIGN UP ONLINE button below or Navigate through the BOOK APPOINTMENT link on our site and navigate to MEMBERSHIPS.

• Complete the guided steps on screen.

• Your payment method processes immediately upon registration, recurring automatically either every two weeks or monthly on that same exact day.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time by providing written notice to HairColumn via email or text.

Financial Terms & Payment

• Card on File: Credit card on file is required and will be charged automatically according to your chosen billing cycle (bi-weekly or monthly).

• Credit Usage: Membership credits accrue in your account and are valid for all salon services and retail products. Membership credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits cannot be applied toward salon education courses or event deposits. 

• Non-Refundable: Membership payments are non-refundable.

• Agreement to Policies: Acknowledge that you have read the HairColumn Cancellation Policy and agree that these terms apply to your membership appointments.
